Job Description

The Role:

As the Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in recruitment and people management, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. The recruiting lead will also maintain a 25% requisition workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning/Position Forecasting: Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Lead quarterly updates and annual planning meeting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities while driving performance and execution
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media, employer branding campaigns, and networking events. Also, continue to develop the internal TA brand through service level and performance enhancements.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively source and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Relationship management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs, prioritize requisitions, and drive alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.
  • Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and policies. Ensure accuracy of AAP data and compliance with all DOL and OFCCP guidelines; proactively educate hiring managers and business leaders, as needed.
  • Ensure data in Workday ATS and HCM are properly maintained. Identify any discrepancies and work with HR operations team if necessary to correct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and people management.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday Recruiting), and other relevant HR technologies, job boards and social media applications.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
