Description

As a Dorothy's Market Clerk, you will have variety of duties including but not limited to customer service activities, operating a cash register, maintaining store conditions, and processing inventory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Part time: Evenings and weekends with additional hours potentially in the summer.
  • 16-20 hours per week.
  • Presents a helpful and positive image to customers and answers questions as needed.
  • Manages customer check-out through the cash register.
  • Stocks shelves (dry, frozen, or refrigerated) as needed.
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
  • Assists in merchandising product within the store.
  • Assists in the cleaning of store shelves and immediate work area.
  • Assists in identifying and pricing product ready to go to the floor.
  • Assists in receiving and processing delivery trucks daily.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Professional, positive communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

  • Previous computer experience.
