Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator provides clerical support to the Environmental Services Department including - filing, telephone work orders, inventories, ordering supplies, maintaining records, setting appointments, department meeting coordination, among other duties.
Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/Equivalent General Studies or Three years (3) experience in a secretarial setting.

Clerical skills - typing, filing, scheduling, report development and maintenance. General computer knowledge.
