About this role

Our Clinical Directorprovides hands on leadership, supervision, and support to our In-home counselors and other clinical staff as needed. This position handles all employee concerns including hiring, training, assigning cases, regular supervision, performance evaluations, and employee discipline. Our Clinical Director reviews client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans are in place, in addition to addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Does the following apply to you?

• Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of IL
• Valid State Drivers License and automobile insurance.
  • If relocating to Illinois IL drivers license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
