Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and parents
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of and ability to relate to a culturally and linguistically diverse learning community
Ability to coach students and families on expectations of potential employers
Ability to work with high school students to develop career goals
Ability to problem solve, resolve conflict, work independently, and multi-task
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, highly orgainzed, compassionate, and committed
Experience working with students and adults in an educational setting (preferred)

Important Notes
Each candidate hired into these positions will be paid a stipend of $3,000. The number of hours worked by each candidate will not exceed 210 hours over the course of the assignment.
