A Building Mechanic is responsible for, but not limited to, various job duties including general maintenance and repair within residence halls and apartment complexes. They may also be expected to assist in complex renovation processes. In addition, they are responsible for responding to emergency calls, inspection of building/systems, and determining reassignment of work
